The use of hypnosis has been recorded for hundreds of years, and recently there has been more focus on using this type of treatment for a number of issues. Three of the most common problems are listed below:

Most of us are aware that being overweight not only affects our health, but also how we see ourselves. Hypnotherapy can help you with your determination to lose weight – two or three sessions will give you techniques to use which are individual to you.
