About me

Throughout my career I have worked in the caring profession with people of all ages and abilities, including people with mental health problems and learning difficulties. Having trained initially as a social worker, and working for some years in a street agency for people with drug and alcohol issues, I found I enjoyed the therapeutic side of the work and therefore developed my skills with more years of training in counselling and hypnotherapy.

I left my post at Swansea Drugs Project in September 2007 in order to set up my own practice, and to continue my professional development. I believe we never stop learning and I am committed to growing and developing my skills to the benefit of my clients.
